Do you work with all Cast Members, or mainly senior leaders?
Mainly senior leaders. Our Disney clients are typically director-level and above — Cast Members leading teams, with years of RSU grants, pension benefits, and meaningful savings behind them. If that sounds like you, the first call is complimentary — a chance to see if we’re mutually a good fit.
What’s the difference between the Disney pension and the DRSP?
Most Cast Members today are covered by the DRSP (Disney Retirement Savings Plan) — a cash-balance plan Disney funds for you. The traditional pension is grandfathered: it applies to salaried Cast Members hired before 2012. What should I do with my vested Disney RSUs?
